Good products, slow shipping

I ordered the Vaginal Birth Recovery Kit. Products were good quality and really helped after delivery. Shipping took almost 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long when you're waiting for essential items. Customer service answered my question about tracking quickly though.

Reliable for recovery items

This was my third time ordering from Mommy Matters, I got the NeoHeat Postpartum Recovery Device this time. Like before, the product arrived well-packaged and was exactly as described. I appreciate how consistent their quality is. My previous orders (Maternity Leggings, Compression Socks) were just as good. Shipping was about 4 days, which is standard for them in my experience. Never had issues with their stuff. It's why I keep coming back.

Hey has anyone used an HSA or FSA card for the NeoHeat device? Wondering if I can use that to cover it.

K Kayla White 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I did! My FSA covered it no problem. Just make sure you save your receipt.

I think it depends on your specific plan requirements, but generally, medical devices like that should be. Mine went through my HSA without a hitch last year.

Quick question about shipping times for Mommy Matters. If I order today, how long do those postpartum kits usually take to get to, say, California?

J James P. 3 weeks ago
From my experience, it's usually pretty quick for west coast. I got my order in about 4-5 business days when I ordered to Seattle.

Mine took about a week to get to LA, but that was during a holiday rush, so could be faster for you. They ship out pretty fast tho.
